There is a small chance that I won't be able to play during the designated time next Saturday. My grandmother's birthday is being celebrated, and I have yet to find out when precisely that is. As such, I don't want to try to move it to another time only to find out that is the time I can't make it. Will keep you appraised.

So in addition to our previous troubles with MapTool, I can not get it to even activate on my new laptop. Could have sworn all I did before was just click on the JAR file, but nope.

UPDATE: I can get the latest version to run, because I ran it from the Internet (?) instead of just downloading the ZIP. The problem with old version seems to be my computer doesn't know what program to open the JAR file with. And also it can't find a jar file?

I hate technology sometimes.

Screw it, we're going to try something new.

Players, I would like you to create accounts at roll20.net

I didn't even remember doing so, but turns out I ran a D&D Next game there years ago when it was still in Beta (that is to say D&D Next, though perhaps also roll20.net).

Once you do and let me know your account names, I'll send an invite to my game. You'll notice a few other players there, but it's unlikely they'll be joining us anytime soon.

ATTENTION: There will be no session this upcoming Saturday, as I will most likely not have Internet, because I am moving and no one gets new Internet that fast, and I'm just not the sort of guy who can hold up in a Starbucks for four hours.

Game is on this Saturday at its regularly scheduled time. Though I see no sign that I will have home Internet by then, I have Starbucks and McDonald's nearby, and that will have to be good enough.

This Saturday's session will end at 3 pm (I'm starting catechism with the Orthodox Church). If you two are available we can start the session earlier (as early as 11 am). Both of you let me know when you can show up online and we'll start the session then.

Uncertain if this will become a regular thing, but probably not. Will keep you appraised.

I can make it if Sean can. If he cannot, I'll gladly sleep in.

Sean's silence unfortunately speaks volumes. Looks like we're only having a two-hour session tomorrow.

In I sleep. Should the Dark expect your appearance later that night, or shall the mysteries of the catechism occupy your time entirely?

Yeah, no such luck, I will be on the road at 11. I may be back by noon.
