Double-post, but worth noting for paladins that should you choose to serve a LG, NG, or LN god/dess, they frequently have specific tenets they expect paladins to follow.

Iomedae looks like a good choice. HONOR HONOR HONOR!

I'm torn between two options: halfling paladin who basically rides their pony everywhere (thus negating the one major disadvantage to being a halfling: speed) or a human paladin with your celestial buddy alternate option.

I'd like to do the "I roll, you roll" ability score generation method: can I decide on a race after the scores are generated?

You may decide on a race after scores are generated, yes.

I'm online right now if you'd like to roll for ability scores and hit points.

Additionally, it is worth noting that the House on Hook Street is an urban adventure, and that haflings can trade in sure-footed for a racial trait called fleet of foot that boosts their speed to 30 ft.

EDIT: Also worth noting that the NG halfling goddess Chaldira is not major enough to have a tailored code, and grants access to the awesome Lessons of Chaldira trait.

Upon further evaluation it would be best that I not participate in this game.

I'm sorry to hear that, KCG. If you change your mind, though, the door remains open.

Thanks for asking!

I'm enjoying myself, the players seem to be enjoying themselves, and that's what's important, really. So far we've been playing for three months and I haven't lost a player since we actually began playing. The groups are, I think, more casual and laid-back about gaming than the groups I've played in that are comprised only of Dicefreaks members, but given this is my first serious foray into DMing, that suits me just fine.
